Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.
ಈ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಅನ್ನು ತುಂಬುವುದರಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರವೇಶವು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಆಧಾರಿತ ನೀತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವುದೇ ದಾನ (DONATION) ಸ್ವೀಕಾರಾರ್ಹವಲ್ಲ.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.
ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟ್ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಕೆಲವು ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ತುಂಬುವ ಮೊದಲು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳ ಸಾಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾಪಿ ತಯಾರಿಸಿ.

The intimation for assessment / observation / interaction / interview / Admission Confirmation will be notified via Email / SMS.
ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ / ವೀಕ್ಷಣೆ / ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆ / ಸಂದರ್ಶನ / ಪ್ರವೇಶ ದೃಢೀಕರಣದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು Email / SMS ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

Documents required for Applicants are Passport size picture, Birth certificate, Transfer certificate & Report card.
ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ (ಮಕ್ಕಳ) ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳು: ಪಾಸ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಗಾತ್ರದ ಫೋಟೋ, ಜನ್ಮ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ, ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್‌ಫರ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (TC), ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರದಿ ಪತ್ರ (Report Card).

Documents required for Parents are Passport size picture, PAN card and Aadhaar Card.
ಪೋಷಕರ ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳು: ಪಾಸ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಗಾತ್ರದ ಫೋಟೋ, ಪ್ಯಾನ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ (PAN Card), ಹಾಗೂ ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ (Aadhaar Card).

All document file sizes should be less than 3 MB. All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG / JPG format except applicant and parents passport size photo file type should be JPEG / JPG only.
ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳ ಫೈಲ್ ಗಾತ್ರವು 3 MB ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳು PDF / JPEG / JPG ಫಾರ್ಮಾಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು, ಆದರೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಕರ ಪಾಸ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಗಾತ್ರದ ಫೋಟೋ ಮಾತ್ರ JPEG / JPG ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು.

Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or issued by Govt. Hospital shall be accepted.
ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ (Municipal Corporation) ಅಥವಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಜನ್ಮ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered.
ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಧಾರಿತ ದಿನಾಂಕ / ಸಮಯದ ಒಳಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ತಡವಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾದ ಅಥವಾ ಅಪೂರ್ಣ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

You would need access to Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.
ಡೆಬಿಟ್ / ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್, ನೆಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್, ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಪಾವತಿ (Online Payment) ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.
ಪಾವತಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾದ ನಂತರ ನೀವು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ದೃಢೀಕರಣ Email ರವಾನೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ನೋಂದಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ (Registration No) ಉತ್ಪತ್ತಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂವಹನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಸಬೇಕು.

The Admission Fee Payment Link will be sent to you via Email / SMS to PAY FEE ONLINE.
ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕ (Admission Fee) ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಲಿಂಕ್ SMS / Email ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
