ADMISSION GUIDELINES:

The registration process for admission at Embassy Academy will be conducted by the school’s Admissions Team.

Registration for Admission at Embassy Academy is solely based on merit and availability of seats.


REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR ADMISSION AT EMBASSY ACADEMY:

The Admissions Team will adhere to these processes

Only duly filled-in Application Form with all relevant documents stated in the Application Form is considered.

Copy of the Aadhar card of both parents is required as per the Government Mandate

A copy of the student’s Aadhar card is required as per the Government Mandate

An interaction with the student and the parents/guardian will be scheduled to understand the child and the family.

Physical verification of originals of all documents submitted along with the Application Form

Admission will be confirmed subject to payment of the initial fee and thereafter, payment of the expected fee on or before the stipulated date post payment of the onetime Admission fee


SCHEDULE OF FEES:

The Academic Year commences in the 1st week of June every year and closes at the end of March of the following year.

Application Fee:

An application fee is charged for all students applying for admission. The application fee is payable before application forms can be accepted for review and is non-refundable.

Admissions Fee:

This is a one-time, non-refundable admissions fee for all students. The admissions fee is payable within 5 days of acceptance of the application for admission.

Annual School Fee:

The Annual School Fee includes both tuition fees and non-refundable annual charges. It is to be paid prior to the due date. You may either pay the fee:
a) In full annually, at the time of first installment payment and avail a 5% rebate
b) In four installments per year, following the outlined schedule:

On or before 1st January

SIBLING DISCOUNT:

Incase of sibling admissions,100% waiver will be given in the admission fee

NON-PAYMENT OF FEES:

If fees are not paid by the specified due date, late payment charges at the rate of 1.5% per month will be levied on the outstanding amount. Furthermore, if the fees are still unpaid after the specified date for payment with late payment charges, we will assume that the parent has decided to withdraw admission of their child from Embassy Academy. If the parent wishes to seek re-admission, the new student registration process for admissions will apply.

MID-TERM ADMISSIONS:

The school may consider mid-term admissions in exceptional cases. Tuition fees for students registering mid-term will be pro-rata based on the admission cut-off date. The due date for payment of fees for students joining mid-year will be on or before the start date of classes of the student, or last date of payment as mentioned earlier

TRANSPORT CHARGES:

Transport facility will be charged separately based on the distance and location of pick-up.

OTHER CHARGES:

The school fees excludes charges for inter-school competitions, costumes, props, excursions, external exams or any other charges. The school will provide the specifications and list of notebooks, textbooks, uniforms and shoes, the charges of which are not included in the fee structure. Parents are required to purchase these by April directly from the school vendor.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

Fee can be paid Online/RTGS/UPI/Demand Draft. Cash and cheques are not accepted. In case of debit/credit/wallet payment, all bank charges will be extra at applicable rates.

POLICIES AND GUIDELINES:

The fee structure of Embassy Academy and all policies and guidelines for the collection of school fees are governed by and amended from time to time by the School Management Committee at its sole discretion. In all cases, the School will strictly adhere to these policies. The School does not accept any donations for Admission. The School reserves the right to revise the fees annually. Parents should expect a fee increase at certain grade levels, which may effectively be a certain percentage more than the previous grade level fee. All school fees must be cleared before the student starts attending classes for the term. In the event of any delay in payment of dues on account of any of the items under the Schedule of Fees, the School, in addition to charging applicable late payment charges thereon, reserves the right to withhold any documents of the concerned student, including Academic reports / Transcripts / Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate till such time the parent/guardian clears all the dues along with applicable late payment charges. The School is not obliged to send fee reminders. If it is done, it is only in the student's interest. Non-receipt of communication from the School will not be treated as a valid reason for non-payment of fees within the stipulated date/time. The decision of the School will be final and binding with respect to all matters concerning school fees.

NB: All fees, instalment dates and payment dates are subject to revision with prior notice.

PARENT/GUARDIAN CORRESPONDENCES :

Please mention the Student Name, Application Number /Student ID Number, Grade and Section in your correspondences to the school.

UN-INFORMED LEAVE OF ABSENCE :

Parents must inform the school regarding any leave of absence of the student. If the School is not notified of absence for 30 days, it will be deemed as a withdrawal. The fee due on the expiry of 30 days will be applicable

WITHDRAWAL AND CLEARANCE OF DUES :

The parent/guardian must notify the school via email communication, two months in advance / on or before 28th February each year, before the student's date of withdrawal.

Before a student is withdrawn from the school, all dues, if any, should be cleared without fail. Dues must be paid before the issue of the Transfer Certificate and other student records.
