General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

Aligning with NEP 2020, the classes for the session 2025 - 2026 are - Montessori ( 2-3 years), Balvatika I ( 3-4 years) , Balvatika II ( 4-5 years), Balvatika III ( 5-6 years), Grade I ( 6+ years) , Grade II ( 7+ years)

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the school policy and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.

Please fill all the fields that are mandatory, mention ‘NA’ if not applicable.

The form comprises 5 stages, i.e. Student Details, Parent Details, Communication Details, Documents Uploading & Payment.

The intimation for confirmed interaction / admission will be sent via E-mail / SMS. Date of interaction /assessment will be notified via Email / SMS. You are requested to provide your latest updated mobile no’s and Email ID’s.

We abide by the age criteria as directed by National Education Policy. All the decisions taken by the management concerning admissions will be final, binding and indisputable.

Parents seeking to exercise any form of influence including a recommendation by or through any person including any agents or persons, styling themselves as management representatives for securing admissions will be disqualified.

Documents Required During the Admission Process:

Documents required for Applicants are Passport size picture, Birth certificate, Transfer certificate (if applicable) & Report card (if applicable).

Documents required for Parent's are Passport Size Picture, Pan Card, Aadhaar Card, Proof of Residence and highest qualification degree.

All document file sizes should be less than 1 MB. All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG / JPG format except applicant and parents passport size photo file type should be JPEG / JPG only.

Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or issued by Govt. Hospital shall be accepted.

Please upload the latest passport size, coloured photographs of the student, parents or guardian with 80 percent face coverage (if applicable).

Parents are requested to carry a print out of registration form submitted online, duly signed along with copy of uploaded documents for verification at the time of interaction.

Online Registration Fee Payment:

Registration Fees (Non -refundable) of Rs.1000 (Rupees One Thousand Only) can be paid in cash or online through school website.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.

Once you have received the intimation for your child’s admission after registration, interaction and other formalities are completed. Please note the full fees have to be paid within the deadline

The Admission Fee Payment Link will be sent to you via Email / SMS to PAY FEE ONLINE.

Declaration by the Parent / Guardian:

I / We understand that this form is intended to furnish fully updated information about my ward and family.

I / We understand that my / our ward will remain in the school for the entire session and agree that if the student is withdrawn from school for any reason, mandatory notice of one month to school will be essential.

In case of delay in payment of fees / due of ward, the applicable late payment charges shall be required to be paid. In case of non-payment of school fees applicable for my ward by the due date, the school reserves the right to strike off the name of the student. Re-admission shall be considered subject to availability of seat and on payment of re-admission charges as applicable.

I / We understand that in case the school agrees to provide transport facility on my / our request, it would be at my / our own risk & responsibility. The school provides transport facility but offers no guarantee that seat in the school bus will be offered when the buses are full to capacity / do not plyin the area of residence. It will be the responsibility of the parents / guardians to drop and collect the child from school. Intimation for discontinuation of bus service will be required to be given in writing, with one-month mandatory notice period to school. Each academic year, the school bus routes may be redesigned for best efficiency.

I / We accept that Delhi Public School, Greater Faridabad has the right to increase the fee for each academic session in order to provide the enrolled students of the school, enhanced learning experience, progressive environment, best infrastructure support and facilities.
