In keeping with the school philosophy, the school has decided to reach out to all those members of DPSI family who have faced a personal tragedy and braved the immense physical and mental trauma. The untimely demise of the near & dear ones and a sense of total helplessness, along with the paucity of resources; the social obligations & expectations; the professional & familial responsibilities, all have taken a physical as well as emotional toll.You all have been in our daily thoughts & prayers and we would be happy to connect should you or children need us in any way.

In view of the above,DPS Indirapuram has empathetically decided to support those parents who have faced financial distress due to some unforeseen circumstances beyond their control,arising during this pandemic. We followed all the guidelines of the State Government and have given the following benefits to all our parents:

• No Fee Increment since 2019-20
• No Transport fee
• No late fee
• Monthly Fee instead of Quarterly fee

DPS Indirapuram reassures you that we wish to stand by all the parents who have really faced financial distress/ crisis due to the pandemic of COVID-19. We also wish to ensure that no child should suffer the loss of education due to the situation they are not responsible for. We have helped more than 500 parents who came with their genuine concerns and wish to help more facing financial challenges due to the pandemic.

Further, to extend our support in sync with the State government guidelines, we have introduced an open platform for all parents who wish to seek support from the school Management, to apply for the relief during this pandemic, as per the government guidelines.

This policy is applicable from 1st April 2021 and valid till 31st August 2021.

Government Guidelines:

The State government guidelines clearly state that parents who are not affected financially during this phase must pay the fee timely and those who are unable to pay the fee should share their situation with valid documents that can describe their situation to the Principal of the school through an application. The school should consider all valid application on humanitarian grounds and defer the fee payment as mutually discussed between the parent and the school. DPS Indirapuram is not only following the government guidelines but is also taking a step forward by waiving off the fee for the current session, for the students who lost their earning parent(s)

We request parents to kindly complete all the formalities while submitting their request for relief as it is going to help the school committee to take a decision and stand by you in the best possible manner.

We also request parents who are in a position to pay the school fee, to do the necessary, well in time so that a genuine help could reach out to those who are in need.

Process to apply for fee relief:

• The parent must fill the form completely and submit the same.
• Once the form is submitted a Reference ID would automatically be generated and emailed to the parent's registered email and phone number.
• The request once submitted, goes to the school committee for review.
• The school committee will review and announce the final decision within 7 to 10 working days from the date of submission of the request.
• The review may also require the parent to visit school and meet the school committee to discuss the issue in case required.
• The decision of the school committee shall be final and abiding.
• The parents can check the status of their request through the "Request Status" option on the same page by putting their reference ID.
