I certify that I am the bonafide guardian of the child.

We understand that the registration fee of INR 1250/- is towards the processing fee for the admission process. It is non-refundable and registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is granted only when a suitable vacancy exists and the child fulfills all the criteria of admission as per the school norms.

We hereby certify that the date of birth & spelling of the name of my child given in this form are correct to the best of our knowledge and we shall not make any request for changes in either later on.

Till the Birth Certificate and Transfer Certificate of the child is deposited, his/ her admission will be deemed provisional.

We understand that rendering false or misleading information or withholding correct information may disqualify the child for admission at this school.

In case the parents wish to withdraw their child after depositing fees on grant of admission they will not be entitled to refund of any fee except the caution money. The same will be applicable irrespective of when the child was admitted.

We have made careful note of various details regarding the payment of the school fee. We have made arrangements for remittance of school fees within due dates without waiting for a reminder from the school. We will pay the school fee through cash/crossed cheques in favour of the Delhi Public School, Jaipur as per rules.

In case the fee is not paid as per payment schedule. I will pay it along with the late fee fine as per school rules.

I hereby certify that I understand the refund policy laid down by the school in case of midterm withdrawal of my ward.

Transfer of any student of Delhi Public School, Jaipur to any other DPS across the country on account of change of residence parent’s transfer or any other circumstances will not be possible.

We hereby certify that in case we do not claim the caution money paid by us for a period of one year after our ward leaves the school, the amount may be treated as a donation to the school and our right over the refund of this amount will stand relinquished by us.

I have also understood that as parents we are expected to check the suitability of the bus route from the published existing routes before seeking admission. Bus facility is optional and school is not bound to provide transport. A request form for transport has to be submitted separately. DPS Jaipur runs school buses in limited areas with limited stops. It will not be obligatory on the part of the school authorities to create new bus stops. It will be the sole responsibility of the parent to escort the pupil to and from the respective bus stop.

We have carefully read the rules, regulations and procedures laid down in this form and being desirous of having our child/ward educated in Delhi Public School, Jaipur. We hereby agree to abide by them in all respects. We understand that the decision of the Management of the school shall be final and binding on us for which we will not file any objection/case in any Court of Law anywhere in India.

In case of any legal dispute between us (the parents), we shall not involve the school in any way.

We hereby certify that our child and we shall follow all the rules, regulations and procedures laid down by the school from time to time.

We also understand and accept that the school fee will be raised annually by 10%.

We hereby agree not to initiate or participate in any activity which may malign the good name of the school.
