- Self - attested photocopy of Birth Certificate of child issued by the Municipal Corporation/Competent Authority.
- Photocopy of proof of residence. (Electricity Bill/Ration Card/Telephone Bill/Passport/Aadhar Card/Election Card/Bank Statement/Lease Deed).
- Marksheets of previous classes (Except for Nursery class).
- Aadhar Card of the child.

Registration Fees (Non - refundable) 500 /- (Rupees Five Hundred only) is to be paid in favour of Delhi Public School, Greater Faridabad, payable
at Faridabad. The Form No., name of the child and father should be clearly written on the reverse side of the Bank Draft/Pay Order. Payment of
Registration Fees can also be made in cash or online through school website. Receipt of the online payment made is to be submitted to school, along
with the form.
The school provides transport facilities but offers no guarantee that seat in the school bus will be offered when the buses are full to capacity/
do not ply in the area of your residence. It will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to drop/collect the child from the specified bus stop.
Intimation for discontinuation of bus service will be required to be given in writing, with one month notice period. Each academic year, the
school bus routes may be redesigned for best efficiency.
Delhi Public School, Greater Faridabad reserves the right to increase the fee for each academic session in order to provide, to the enrolled
students of the school, enhanced learning experience, progressive environment, best infrastructure support and facilities.
Incomplete form will be summarily rejected.
UNDERTAKING & DECLARATION
1. I/We understand that this form is intended to furnish full updated information about the student and his/her family annually.
2. I/We agree that if I/We wish to withdraw the child, irrespective of whether the child has or hasn't attended the school even for a day, no fee will be refunded.
3. I/We understand that a student will remain in the school for the entire term and agree that If a student withdraws for any reason, the fee shall not be refunded. Further, all dues towards the school shall have to be cleared for issuance of Transfer Certificate.
4. I/We have made satisfactory arrangements for the remittance of School Fees through Pay Order/Online in Favour of "Delhi Public School, Greater Faridabad" payable at Faridabad, Haryana without any protest and/or demur and within due date without waiting for a reminder.
5. We have seen Form VI submitted by the school to Director Education, Haryana and have understood the fee structure mentioned therein. In case of delay in payment of fees/dues, the applicable late payment charges shall also have to be paid. In case of non-payment of School fees, the School reserves the right to strike off the name of the student. Re-admission shall be considered subject to availability of seat and on payment of re-admission fees as applicable.
