General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.

The form comprises 5 stages, i.e. Student Details, Parent Details, Communication Details, Documents Uploading & Payment.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.

The intimation for confirmed admission will be sent via E-mail / SMS. Date of assessment / observation / interaction / interview will be notified via Email / SMS.

The applicants should strictly adhere to the age norms set by the school. All the decisions taken by the management concerning admissions will be final, binding and indisputable.

Parents seeking to exercise any form of influence including a recommendation by or through any person including any agents or persons, styling themselves as management representatives for securing admissions will be disqualified.


Documents Required During the Admission Process:

Documents required for Applicants are Passport size picture, Birth certificate, Transfer certificate & Report card.

Documents required for Parents are Passport size picture, PAN card and Aadhaar Card.

All document file sizes should be less than 1 MB. All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG / JPG format except applicant and parents passport size photo file type should be JPEG / JPG only.

Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or issued by Govt. Hospital shall be accepted.

Please upload the latest passport size, coloured photographs of the student, parents or guardian (if applicable).

The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered.


Online Registration Process:

Open the website and click on Online Registration.

You would need access to Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.

Once you have received the intimation for your child’s admission, the full fees have to be paid within the deadline given by the school. If you fail to make the payment of the full fee within the stipulated time frame, the seat will be given to another deserving candidate without giving any intimation / notice to you.

The Admission Fee Payment Link will be sent to you via Email / SMS to PAY FEE ONLINE.

Declaration by the Parent / Guardian:

Documents to be attached with the registration form :-
a) Self attested copy of Birth Certificate of child issued by the Municipal Corporation/competent authority.
b) Photocopy of proof of residence. (Aadhaar Card/Latest Electricity Bill/Ration Card/Latest Telephone Bill/Passport/Election Voter Card/Registered Lease Deed.
c) Marksheet / Progress Report of previous class (except for Nursery class)

Parents are requested to carry a printout of registration form submitted online, duly signed along with copy of uploaded documents for verification.

Registration Fees (Non Refundable) of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) is to be paid in favour of Delhi Public School, Greater Faridabad, payable at Faridabad, Haryana. The application no, name of the student and name of father/mother should be clearly written on the reverse of the Bank Draft/Pay order. Payment of Registration fees can also be made in cash or through school website. Receipt of the online payment made is to be submitted to school, along with the form.

I/We understand that this form is intended to furnish fully updated information about my ward and family. I/We have seen and understood the fee structure & seen the latest form VI submitted by the school to the office of Directorate of Education, Govt. of Haryana and also displayed at the school notice board.

I/We understand that my/our ward will remain in the school for the entire session and agree that if the student is withdrawn from school for any reason, mandatory notice of one month to school will be essential.

In case of delay in payment of fees/due of ward, the applicable late payment charges shall be required to be paid. In case of non-payment of School fees applicable for my ward by the due date, the school reserves the right to strike off the name of the student. Re-admission shall be considered subject to availability of seat and on payment of re-admission charges as applicable.

I/We understand that in case the school agrees to provide transport facility on my/our request, it would be at my/our own risk & responsibility. The school provides transport facility but offers no guarantee that seat in the school bus will be offered when the buses are full to capacity/do not ply in the area of residence. It will be the responsibility of the parents/guardians to drop and collect the child from school. Intimation for discontinuation of bus service will be required to be given in writing, with one month mandatory notice period to school. Each academic year, the school bus routes may be redesigned for best efficiency.

I/We and my/our ward will abide by all the rules & regulations of the school as per the decisions & orders passed from time to time by the management. I/We accept that Delhi Public School, Greater Faridabad has the right to increase the fee for each academic session in order to provide the enrolled students of the school, enhanced learning experience, progressive environment, best infrastructure support and facilities.

I/We certify that the information furnished in this Registration Form is complete and accurate. I/We understand and agree that misinterpretation or omission of facts will justify the denial/cancellation of registration. Registration form does not guarantee admission to the school.
