General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.

The form comprises 5 stages, i.e. Student Details, Parent Details, Communication Details, Documents Uploading & Payment.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.

The intimation for confirmed admission will be sent via E-mail / SMS. Date of assessment / observation / interaction / interview will be notified via Email / SMS.

The applicants should strictly adhere to the age norms set by the school. All the decisions taken by the management concerning admissions will be final, binding and indisputable.

Parents seeking to exercise any form of influence including a recommendation by or through any person including any agents or persons, styling themselves as management representatives for securing admissions will be disqualified.

Parent's and student's name should be filled as per their Aadhaar cards. In case the student's Aadhaar card is not made, the name intended to be applied for Aadhaar card should be filled.

In Aadhaar card column fill in the student's Aadhaar card number.

Parents Details: All columns in the Parents Details should be filled.

Last attended School, Last Attended Class & Last School affiliated stands for the current school of your ward.

Email Verification: Email IDs must be verified before form submission, as all communication from admin department will be through email.

Documents Required During the Admission Process:

Documents required for Applicants are Passport size photographs, Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, First Term Report Card, Transfer Certificate along with Second Term Report Card.

Documents required for Parents are Passport size picture, PAN card and Aadhaar Card.

All document file sizes should be less than 1 MB. All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG / JPG format except applicant and parents passport size photo file type should be JPEG / JPG only.

Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or issued by Govt. Hospital shall be accepted.

Please upload the latest passport size, coloured photographs of the student, parents or guardian (if applicable).

The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered.

Declaration by the Parent / Guardian:

A self-attested copy of birth certificate of the child along with original for verification. The certificate issued by Municipal Corporation only is valid.

One Passport Size Photograph of Father, Mother and the child is mandatory.

Photocopy of Caste certificate if SC/ST/OBC along with Original for verification (If applicable).

Original bonafide certificate is compulsory at the time of registration.

Transfer Certificate of current school (compulsory for admission to classes II onwards). TC from the previous school must be submitted within 15 days after the commencement of the academic session.

A copy of previous year report card / mid-term report card.

Original medical fitness certificate issued by MBBS/ MD doctor is mandatory

A self-attested copy of Aadhar Card of the Student and both the parents along with Original for Verification ( mandatory).

A self-attested copy of PAN Card / Driving License / passport of both the parents along with Original for verification. This is required to verify the signatures on admission form.

In case of death of any one parent copy of death certificate is mandatory.

In case of separation copy of court custody papers are mandatory.

In case of single parent legal documents certifying the same are mandatory.

Please bring the original documents to be verified at the time of submission of the photocopies.

Kindly note that the Registration does not imply admission.

Admission is subject to intraction / observation / written test whichever is applicable, submission of correct and complete documents, availability of seats and the payment of all fees.
