1. In the event of my child being granted admission to the school, I undertake to abide by all the rules and regulations of the school as communicated to me from time to time.
2. I have been duly informed of and am fully aware of the fee structure of the school, including the annual fee increment process. I agree to pay all dues on time without any reminder from the school and confirm that I shall never be a fee defaulter.
3. I understand that the fees mentioned on the school website are applicable for the current academic session and that the fees may increase by 8% to 12% in the upcoming session, as per the guidelines of the Fee Regulatory Act.
4. In case of failure to pay the fees on time, I understand that the school management reserves the right to withdraw its services for my child without any notice or my consent.
5. I am aware that any fee once paid to the school is non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. In case I withdraw my child during the academic session, I shall be liable to pay the fees for the existing quarter of the current year.
7. If my child is admitted in the middle of the academic session, I agree to pay the fees for the current quarter along with the admission fee (e.g., if admission is taken in September, the fees for the second quarter shall be payable).
8. I undertake to follow all academic guidelines issued by the school authorities and teachers from time to time. I confirm that I will not engage in any anti-school activity and shall seek school’s view point from the school in case of any concerns.
9. The school will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and security of students. However, I understand that unforeseen incidents may occur during indoor or outdoor activities such as sports, excursions, camping, or other learning-related activities, and in such cases, the responsibility shall not rest with the school.
10. I agree that the school, its management, teachers, and staff shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused to my child inside or outside the school premises due to the child’s own actions, negligence, or disputes with other students. The school authorities shall be free from all liabilities, claims, demands, suits, judgments, or expenses arising from such incidents.
11. I understand that the school is responsible for the overall conduct and discipline of my child. I assure that I will not interfere in school functioning and will cooperate fully with the school in matters concerning my child’s conduct and improvement.
12. I am aware that the school has its own policies and criteria for rewarding students in academic and cocurricular activities. I agree to accept the decisions of the school management without dispute.
13. I acknowledge that a child’s development is a shared responsibility between parents and the school. I assure that I will devote regular time to my child and remain updated on academic progress.
14. I undertake to attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and act upon the feedback provided by the school.
15. I assure that I will not misbehave or use impolite, harsh, derogatory language, or engage in shouting or aggressive behavior with any school employee. In case of such misconduct, I understand that the school reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including withdrawal of facilities for my ward.
16. I understand that transport is an additional facility provided by the school and is subject to seat availability.
17. I acknowledge that the school determines bus stops as per Transport Department guidelines, and I shall not request any changes after availing the transport facility.
18. I understand that transport routes, buses, drivers, cleaners, or in-charge personnel may change without prior notice at the discretion of the school’s Transport Department.

a) If I opt for the school transport facility, I agree to pay the prescribed transport fees annually, including during the summer break.
b) While the school is responsible for my child’s safety during transportation, I shall ensure that my child follows all discipline and safety guidelines.
c) If I choose private transport, I accept full responsibility and shall not hold the school liable for any risks or consequences arising outside the school premises.

19. I further undertake that:

a) My ward shall not engage in any act of ragging.
b) My ward shall not post, promote, or participate in defamatory content against the school or its members on any social media platform.
c) My ward shall attend school regularly and adhere to all school rules and regulations.

20. I declare that any feedback or concerns during my association with the school shall be raised individually with the appropriate school authorities. I shall not form or be part of any group to address grievances. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including withdrawal of facilities for my ward.
21. I am aware that the school will use photographs and videos of my child for school-related purposes, including advertisements, social media, the school website, and printed materials.
22. I assure that I shall submit the Permanent Education Number (PEN), Transfer Certificate (Classes I–XII) or Birth Certificate (Nursery–UKG) at the time of admission or within 30 working days from the date of joining the school. I clearly understand and accept that failure to submit the requisite documents within stipulated period shall lead to cancellation of admission without any claim for refund of the fees paid.
23. Delhi Public School Indirapuram reserves the right to accept or reject any admission application without assigning any reason.
