General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.

The form comprises 5 stages, i.e. Student Details, Parent Details, Communication Details, Documents Uploading & Payment.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.

The intimation for confirmed admission will be sent via E-mail / SMS. Date of assessment / observation / interaction / interview will be notified via Email / SMS.

The applicants should strictly adhere to the age norms set by the school. All the decisions taken by the management concerning admissions will be final, binding and indisputable.

Parents seeking to exercise any form of influence including a recommendation by or through any person including any agents or persons, styling themselves as management representatives for securing admissions will be disqualified.

Documents Required During the Admission Process:

Documents required for Applicants are Passport size picture, Birth certificate, Transfer certificate & Report card.

Documents required for Parents are Passport size picture, PAN card and Aadhaar Card.

All document file sizes should be less than 1 MB. All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG / JPG format except applicant and parents passport size photo file type should be JPEG / JPG only.

Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or issued by Govt. Hospital shall be accepted.

Please upload the latest passport size, coloured photographs of the student, parents or guardian (if applicable).

The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered.

Online Registration Process:

Open the website and click on Online Registration.

You would need access to Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.

Once you have received the intimation for your child’s admission, the full fees have to be paid within the deadline given by the school. If you fail to make the payment of the full fee within the stipulated time frame, the seat will be given to another deserving candidate without giving any intimation / notice to you.

The Admission Fee Payment Link will be sent to you via Email / SMS to PAY FEE ONLINE.

The school provide transport facilities but offers no guarantee that a seat in the school bus will be available when the buses are full to capacity/ do not ply in the area of your residence. It will be the responsibility of the parents/guardian to collect the child from the specified bus stop. The child should be 4 year at the time of admission for Lower KG/ Junior KG.The registration made does in no way entitle the candidate to be admitted to the school. Incomplete /Invalid forms will be rejected.

Educational Trips Policy: Educational Trips are an important component of learning outside the classroom. Children learn better when they are provided with a hand on experience. Field trips are carefully planned, reviewed and monitored by our staff to ensure the safety to the children. The school shall take the best possible care for individual children in our care during the field trips and shall ensure that it shall comply with all possible safety measures to prevent any accident or mishap.

I confirm that I have fully understood the policy pertaining to the field trips and am satisfied with DPS for taking all safety measures for avoiding any illness and/or accident and/or injury. I shall be sending my ward to the field trips voluntarily and at my own risk.I have undersigned and agree not to hold DPS responsible for any possible illness, accident or injury during educational trips or on the school premises. I hereby verify that I have read or understood and accept the statement above.

Refund Policy:Fees once paid will not be refundableexcept in the following cases:

-written information is given a month prior to school opening with valid reason.

-discretion of management under exceptional circumstances.

Only caution money will be refunded post school beginning.

I agree to comply with the regulations of the school towards the charging of interest on unpaid bills & the assessment of fees for late notice of a student’s withdrawal or late arrival. I agree to pay amounts due to the school promptly upon presentation of a statement
