General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.

The form comprises 5 stages, i.e. Student Details, Parent Details, Communication Details, Documents Uploading & Payment.

The intimation for confirmed admission will be sent via Call / E-mail / SMS. Date of assessment / observation / interaction / interview will be notified via Call / Email / SMS.

Parents seeking to exercise any form of influence including a recommendation by or through any person including any agents or persons, styling themselves as management representatives for securing admissions will be disqualified.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.


Documents Required During the Admission Process:

Documents required for Applicants are Passport size picture, Birth certificate, Transfer certificate & Report card.

Documents required for Parents are Passport size picture and Aadhaar Card/Passport.

All document file sizes should be less than 1 MB. All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG / JPG format except applicant and parents passport size photo file type should be JPEG / JPG only.

Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or issued by Govt. Hospital shall be accepted.

Please upload the latest passport size, coloured photographs of the student, parents or guardian (if applicable).

The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered.


Online Registration Process:

Open the website and click on Online Registration.

Complete the registration form.

You would need access to Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.

Once you have received the intimation for your child’s admission, the full fees have to be paid within the deadline given by the school. If you fail to make the payment of the full fee within the stipulated time frame, the seat will be given to another deserving candidate without giving any intimation / notice to you.

The Admission Fee Payment Link will be sent to you via Email / SMS to PAY FEE ONLINE.

Declaration by the Parent / Guardian:

We understand that the registration fee of ₹ 1250/- is towards the processing fee for the admission process. It is non-refundable and registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is granted only when a suitable vacancy exists as per the school norms.

We have made careful note of various details regarding the payment of the school fees. We have made arrangements for remittance of school fees within due dates without waiting for a reminder from the school. We will pay the school fee through cash/crossed cheques in favour of the Dharav High School,Jaipur as per rules.

We hereby certify that the date of birth & spelling of the name of our child given in this form are correct to the best of our knowledge and we shall not make any request for changes in either.

We hereby certify that in case we do not claim the caution money paid by us for a period of one year after our ward leaves the school, the amount may be treated as a donation to the school and our right over the refund of this amount will stand relinquished by us.

We understand that rendering false or misleading information or withholding correct information may disqualify the child for admission at this school.

We certify that we are the bonafide guardian(s) of the child.

In case of any legal dispute between us (the parents), we shall not involve the school in any way.

We have carefully read the rules, regulations and procedures laid down in this form and being desirous of having our child/ward educated in Dharav High School, Jaipur. We hereby agree to abide by them in all respects. We understand that the decision of the Management of the school shall be final and binding on us for which we will not file any objection/case in any Court of Law anywhere in India.

We hereby certify that our child and we shall follow all the rules, regulations and procedures laid down by the school from time to time.

We also understand and accept that the school fee will be raised annually by 10%.

We hereby agree not to initiate or participate in any activity which may malign the good name of the school.
