General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Admission is at the discretion of the Management, provided the candidate satisfies the requirements of the school as well as subject to availability of seats at that point of time. Filling up the application form and paying the registration fees does not guarantee admission of the candidate to Calcutta International School.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form and document should be high resolution.

The intimation for assessment / observation / interaction / interview / Admission Confirmation will be notified via Email.

Reapplications submitted within the same academic year.

Documents Required During the Admission Process:

Passport-size recent and formal photographs

- Child and both parents

Child’s Birth Certificate

Child’s Inoculation Certificate

- Reflecting updated vaccinations record.

Child’s Academic Report

- Complete records, including all terms, along with scanned copies of the front and back cover pages.

Identity Documents

- Passport or Aadhaar card for the child and both parents.

Academic Qualifications of Parents

- Photocopy of the highest academic qualification certificates for both parents.

Employment Proof for Both Parents

- If employed: A declaration on the company’s official letterhead signed by an authorized representative.
- If in business: A self-declaration on the company’s letterhead.
- Payslips, IT forms, business cards, or any information sourced from the company’s website will not be accepted.

IT Return for NRI Parents

- If applicable, the latest IT return should be submitted.

Important Note: Ensure all documents are photocopied with high-quality resolution, maintaining proper format, clear visibility of text, images, and any important details.

Online Registration Process:

You would need access to Net Banking and online etc. to make payment online.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.
