General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Admission is at the discretion of the Management, provided the candidate satisfies the requirements of the school as well as subject to availability of seats at that point of time. Filling up the application form and paying the registration fees does not guarantee admission of the candidate to Calcutta International School.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form and document should be high resolution.

The intimation for assessment / observation / interaction / interview / Admission Confirmation will be notified via Email.

Reapplications submitted within the same academic year.

Documents Required During the Admission Process:

Birth Certificate of the applicant.

Updated Inoculation records of the applicant.

Aadhaar Card/passport of the applicant and both the parents (for Id proof and Address proof).

Passport of the applicant and each parent (if available);

3 years complete academic school records (including all terms) of the applicant.

Highest academic certificate of both the parents.

Employment proof of each employed parent (Employment Certificate if in service, or letter on-- Company Letterhead if self-employed).

The transfer letter of the parent from the organization (if getting transferred from other city).

Updated evaluation report along with the therapy reports for Special Need Applicants.

Legal/Custodian Papers/NOC if the parents are divorced or mutually separated.

Death Certificate, in case of demise of any parent.

Authorization letter for local guardian (if applicable).

All supporting document should be submitted in pdf format along with the completed application form within 2 hours.

Online Registration Process:

You would need access to Net Banking and online etc. to make payment online.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.
