Kindly review the following guidelines carefully before completing the Online Registration Form:
Use the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for a seamless application experience.
A Non-Refundable Application Processing Fee of INR 8,000/- is applicable at the time of submission.
After submitting the form, kindly check your email for the login link, through which you may review or update the submitted details and proceed with the registration fee payment using the Application No. and registered mobile number.
Upload all supporting documents and photographs in PDF or JPEG format, ensuring they are clear and high resolution.
All documents must be self-attested.
Applications will be reviewed by the School Management. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an observation/entrance test, depending on the grade.
Candidates who qualify will be scheduled for a Parent Interview.
Incomplete applications or those with incorrect/invalid documents will not be processed.
All updates regarding the admission process will be communicated via email only.
Multiple applications or reapplications within the same academic year are not permitted.
To complete the application process, please upload the following documents in the prescribed format. Ensure all files are clear, legible, and self-attested.
Passport-size Formal Photographs with White Background
- Recent photographs of the child and both parents
- Format: JPEG
Child’s Birth Certificate
- Clear and legible copy
- Issued by Municipal Corporation for local/Indian applicants
- Government-issued birth certificate for foreign nationals
Child’s Inoculation Certificate
- Must reflect updated vaccination records
Child’s Academic Reports
- Complete records for the last 3 years (all terms)
- Include front and back cover pages
Identity Documents
- Passport or Aadhaar Card of the child and both parents
Academic Qualifications of Parents
- Highest qualification certificates of both parents
Employment Proof for Both Parents
If Employed:
- Declaration on company letterhead
- Signed by an authorized representative
If Self-Employed/Business:
- Self-declaration on company letterhead
Note:
- Appointment letters, Payslips, IT forms, business cards, office ID cards, or company website details will not be accepted
Income Tax Return (For NRI Parents)
- Latest IT return
Transfer Letter (If Applicable)
- Required if transferred from another city/country
- Must be on company letterhead
Applicants with Special Needs
- Updated evaluation reports
- Updated therapy reports
Single Parent Cases
- Legal/Custody/NOC documents (if separated/divorced)
- Death certificate (if applicable)
Authorization Letter
- Required if the child is not staying with parents

Students seeking admission in Grades 9 and above may choose the subjects in which they wish to be tested for admission. The English admission test is mandatory, and students may choose 2 additional subjects for testing. The subject choices are: Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, History, Chemistry, Biology, Business Studies (or Commercial Applications), Computer Science, Geography, and Accounts (or Commercial Studies). Please list the student’s choices below.
Has your child ever been tested and/or received help in the following areas? If YES, please submit the updated evaluation report and the ongoing therapy reports.
Failure to disclose any of the above can result in the admission being revoked.

I / We, the applicant’s parent(s), hereby declare that:
Have read and agree to abide by the guidelines and instructions issued by the School authorities.
Have submitted the correct supporting documents as per the checklist.
All information and submitted documentation are genuine and authentic.
Will not offer any member of the CIS community, including a Board Member, money or any item of value in exchange for admission-related assistance.
Will not attempt to influence, threaten, harass, or place undue pressure on any member of the CIS community, either directly or indirectly.
Will not misrepresent or deliberately exclude information in the application form, nor attempt to obtain admission test materials.
Will not obtain or seek to obtain admission-related tutoring from any CIS teacher or staff member.
We understand that if any of the above guidelines are violated, the admission will be automatically cancelled and the student may be permanently disqualified from applying to CIS in the future.
