ઓનલાઈન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ ભરતા પહેલા કૃપા કરીને બધી સૂચનાઓ કાળજીપૂર્વક વાંચો.

Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.

આ ફોર્મ ભરવાથી તમારા બાળકના પ્રવેશની ખાતરી મળતી નથી. કોઈ ડોનેશન સ્વીકારવામાં આવતું નથી.

The form comprises 5 stages, i.e. Student Details, Parent Details, Communication Details, Documents Uploading.

ફોર્મમાં 5 તબક્કાઓનો સમાવેશ થાય છે, એટલે કે વિદ્યાર્થીની વિગતો, માતાપિતાની વિગતો, સંદેશાવ્યવહારની વિગતો, દસ્તાવેજો અપલોડ કરવા.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the documents ready before starting to fill the form.

તમારે દસ્તાવેજના તબક્કામાં અમુક દસ્તાવેજો અપલોડ કરવાની જરૃર પડશે. ફોર્મ ભરવાનું શરૃ કરતાં પહેલા કૃપા કરીને દસ્તાવેજોની સોફ્ટ કોપી તૈયાર રાખો.

The intimation for confirmed admission will be sent via E-mail / SMS. Date of / interaction / will be notified via Email / SMS.

કન્ફર્મ એડમિશન માટેની સૂચના ઈ-મેલ/એસએમએસ દ્વારા મોકલવામાં આવશે. ક્રિયાપ્રતિક્રિયાની તારીખ/ઇમેલ/SMS દ્વારા સૂચિત કરવામાં આવશે.

The applicants should strictly adhere to the age norms set by the school. All the decisions taken by the management concerning admissions will be final, binding and indisputable.

અરજદારોએ શાળા દ્વારા નિર્ધારિત વયના ધોરણોનું ચૂસ્તપણે પાલન કરવું જોઈએ. પ્રવેશ અંગે મેનેજમેન્ટ દ્વારા લેવાયેલા તમામ નિર્ણયો અંતિમ, બંધનકર્તા અને નિર્વિવાદ રહેશે.

Documents Required During the Admission Process:

પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા દરમિયાન જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો:

Documents required for Applicants are (1) Passport size picture, (2) Birth certificate, (3) Previous year report card (4) Student aadhar card.

અરજદારો માટે જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો : (1) પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝનો ફોટો (2) જન્મ પ્રમાણપત્ર (3) રિપોર્ટ કાર્ડ.

Documents required for Parents are (1) Passport size recent photo (Mother and Father), (2) PAN card and (3) Aadhar Card (Mother and Father).

માતાપિતા માટે જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો : (1) પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝનો ફોટો (2) પાનકાર્ડ અને (3) આધારકાર્ડ.

All document file sizes should be less than 1 MB. All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG / JPG format except applicant and parents passport size photo file type should be JPEG / JPG only.

તમામ દસ્તાવેજ ફાઈલનું કદ 1 MB કરતાં ઓછું હોવું જોઈએ. તમામ દસ્તાવેજના ફાઈલ પ્રકારો પીડીએફ/જેપીઈજી/જેપીજી ફોર્મેટમાં હોવા જોઈએ સિવાય કે અરજદાર અને માતા-પિતાના પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝના ફોટા ફક્ત જેપીઈજી/જેપીજી હોવા જોઈએ.

Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or issued by Govt. Hospital shall be accepted.

મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશન દ્વારા જારી કરાયેલ અથવા સરકારી હોસ્પિટલ દ્વારા જારી કરાયેલ જન્મ પ્રમાણપત્ર સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે.

Please upload the latest passport size, coloured photographs of the student, parents or guardian (if applicable)

કૃપા કરીને વિદ્યાર્થી, માતા-પિતા અથવા વાલી(જો લાગુ હોય તો) ના લેટેસ્ટ (વર્તમાન) પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝના રંગીન ફોટોગ્રાફસ અપલોડ કરો.

The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered.

અરજી ફોર્મ નિર્ધારિત તારીખ/સમય પહેલાં સબમિટ કરવું. મોડું સબમિટ કરવામાં આવેલું અરજીપત્રક સ્વીકારવામાં /ગણવામાં આવશે નહીં. અપૂર્ણ ફોર્મ સ્વીકારવામાં /ગણવામાં આવશે નહીં.

નોંધ:

Information Forms with incomplete, inaccurate information will not be considered.

અધૂરા અથવા અસ્પષ્ટ માહિતી ધરાવતા માહિતી પત્રકને પ્રવેશ માટે ધ્યાનમાં લેવામાં આવશે નહીં.

You will receive an email including this Information Form on the email id provided here. You will have to print and get it signed by Pujya Santos of BAPS. Please bring that form along when you come for a personal meeting.

આ ફોર્મ ભર્યા બાદ અહી આપે આપેલ email પર આ માહિતી ફોર્મ આવશે. તે ફોર્મની પ્રિન્ટ લઈને તેમાં દર્શાવેલ જગ્યાએ પૂજ્ય સંતો પાસે સહી કરાવવાની રહેશે. જ્યારે આપ રૂબરૂ મુલાકાત માટે પધારો ત્યારે તે માહિતી ફોર્મ અવશ્યપણે સાથે લાવશો.
