General Instructions:

The link for online Registration Forms will be available on school website www.avvdindoli.ac.in. Registration is open yet for Nursery and Classes III to VIII. Hurry up!

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Filling up the registration form does not guarantee admission of the applicant. Admission confirmation is strictly as per the policy formulated by the management.

Online Registration Process:

Registration form can be fill only in Online Mode through link available on school website or QR-Code.

Registration fee Rs.1000/- (non-refundable)

Parents would be required to upload certain documents in the registration process. Kindly have soft copies [photo or scan copy] of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.

Passport size photograph of Student, Father & Mother.

Birth Certificate issued by Competent Authority i.e. Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat.

Bonafide Certificate of the students studying in the current class issued on the present school letterhead. [Applicable only for the students seeking admission to Jr.Kg. or above.]

All document files should be less than 5 MB of size. All documents’ files should be of type PDF/JPEG/JPG except student’s and parents’ passport size photo which must be of JPEG/JPG type.

The online payment can be done through Net-banking / UPI etc.

On successful payment of registration fees, the unique ‘Registration No’ will be acknowledged to the parents by e-Mail based on the information filled by the parents. The unique ‘Registration No’ must be required for all the future communication in the admission process.

The online registration form should be submitted before the scheduled date and time. Late submitted/ Incomplete/ Incorrect form will not be accepted / considered.

Admission Process at the school:

Parents will get intimation through Phone Call/ SMS/WhatsApp for the next step of admission process and school visit within 7 days of successful registration. The school office time will be 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM.

Parents of selected students will be intimated through Phone Call/ SMS/WhatsApp within 3 days of the school visit to complete the admission formalities.

It will be the sole responsibility of the Parent to complete the admission formalities within 3 days after selection of their ward.

It is mandatory for both the parents to remain present at the time of admission process.

Undertaking cum declaration to be filled in the school.

Admission will be confirmed after the payment of One Time Admission Fee and First Quarter Fee of the Academic Year 2025-26.

Documents required for the Admission Process:

The Original Birth Certificate issued from competent authority i.e. Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat.

Photocopy of Aadhar Card of both parents & the child.

If the residential address differs from the address mentioned in Aadhar Card, kindly provide a photocopy of gas bill/ electricity bill/ corporation tax bill.

Fitness certificate issued by an authorized medical practitioner (MBBS/MD only).

Photocopy of the caste certificate issued from a competent authority (only for SC / ST / OBC candidates).

One recent passport size colour photograph of child & both the parents.

Fee Policy and Procedures:

Admission Fees: Payment of Admission Fee ensures provisional admission subject to the completion of all the formalities mentioned in the provisional admission letter by the parents and students under the stipulated time. The one-time admission fee is payable at the time of admission which is strictly non-refundable.

School Fee: The School Fees are applicable for the academic year [April to March] for which the provisional admission is granted.

Collection of School Fees only through NACH / ECS:

The school fees need to be paid regularly by the parents without delay. To ensure timely and hassle-free fees collection, the school has implemented the NACH/ECS facility mandatory for all the admissions.

By enrolling through the NACH/ECS facility, parents authorize the school to automatically deduct the required fees of their ward from their bank account on a quarterly basis.

Registration for NACH/ECS is mandatory, and you must complete the process by filling out the necessary mandate form.

Cancellation / Withdrawal of Admission :

An application should be submitted to the school if you want to cancel or withdraw the admission.

The Admission Fee and First Quarter Fee once paid is non-refundable/non-transferable.

Transport Facility:

To ensure safe travel of the students, the school has its fleet of outsourced school vans/ buses. The Transport Service is operated by the trained drivers and a separate transport fee is charged by the operator for this service. This fee is likely to be revised during the course of the session to cater to variations in running costs due to inflation. This service doesn’t assure door step pick-up and drop facility. The mode of transport can be van or bus depending on the feasibility considered by the transport operators. It is not mandatory for the parents to avail the school transport facility. Parents have the option of making personal arrangements for commutation of their wards.

The Management reserves the right to change/modify the van or bus routes/ stops any time depending on the circumstances. However, the parents will be notified of the change if any. In case of change in residence the transport can be modified by the operator with parent’s request and applicable fees depending on the distance if any.

Transport facility will be available only to the students staying within the range of 05 kms from the school.
