Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.

The form comprises 5 stages, i.e. Student Details, Parent Details, Communication Details, Documents Uploading & Payment.

Eligibility criteria: 3 YEARS to 4 YEARS as on 31st March 2023 (born between 01-04-2019 and 31-03-2020)

The applicants should strictly adhere to the age norms set by the school. All the decisions taken by the management concerning admissions will be final, binding and indisputable.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.

The dates for informal parental interaction will be available on the school website on 17th August, 2022 at 2:00pm. You are requested to visit our website (www.stthomasghaziabad.org) for all latest updates regarding admission.

After completing the Registration Form, please click on the SUBMIT FORM button. You will be directed to PAYMENT OPTION for registration fee.

Parents seeking to exercise any form of influence including a recommendation by or through any person including any agents or persons, styling themselves as management representatives for securing admissions will be disqualified.

Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or any other competent authority. (Affidavit or Hospital Certificate will not be accepted.). (Max 500 Kb).

Baptism Certificate (for Christian minority) (Max 500 Kb).

SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable). (Max 500 Kb).

PASSPORT Size Photos of Both parents (1 each) (Max 500 Kb).

Combined Postcard size Family Photograph. (Max 500 Kb).

Passport size photograph of the student (Max 500 Kb).

Vaccination Card of the Child. (Max 500 Kb).

Residence Proof (Rent Deed, Registration of the House, Electricity/Telephone Bill/ Passport/ Lease Deed / Electoral Card/ Aadhar Card/ Driving License etc).

You would need access to Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.
