General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

Admission Open For Class Nursery (2025-26).

Application Forms are available Online Only.

Candidate born between 01-04-2021 to 31-03-2022 are eligible to fill the form. Minimum age should be 3 Yrs as on 31st, March 2025.

The Online Registration Fee is ₹ 25 to be paid online.

Without Payment, the form shall not be accepted.

Filling the Registration Form and Payment of Registration Fee does not guarantee the admission in the school.

Duplicate entries will be Rejected.

Documents Required During the Admission Interaction:

Self Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the Child.

Self Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following) - Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child).

Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.

Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child.

Aadhaar Card/UID issued in the name of any of the Parents.

Child's Aadhaar Card.

Printout of School Registration Form filled online.

Medical Documentation and Certificate from a competent medical officer if the child is suffering from some medical ailment or is a special need child.

Two passport size photographs each of Parent and Child.

FOR FIRST CHILD: Affidavit of declaration by the parents that the candidate is their first born child. Affidavit Format

A copy of Fee Bill/ID Card issued by the school in case of Sibling.

Kindly have the soft copy of the following photos and documents before starting registration process:
i. Passport size photos of Father,Mother,Child (mandatory);
ii. Soft copy of the Affidavit of first child (if applicable).

Online Registration Process:

Open the website and click on Online Registration.

Once you submit the form, it will redirect you to the payment page where you have to pay a Registration Fee of ₹ 25.

If your name is in the shortlist ,you will be required to visit the school for verification of documents on the given date and time.

Incomplete forms will be Rejected.

We understand that the application/ registration/short listing does not guarantee admission to our ward. We accept the process of admission undertaken by the school and we will abide by the decision taken by the school authorities. We will provide original birth certificate, Aadhaar Card/Any Govt. approved proof of our residential address at the time of admission.
