Undertaking

I am a parents / guardian declare that me along with my ward shall comply to all the rules and regulations of the school as mentioned in the form as well as school diary or intimated through circulars by the school from time to time. I acknowledge to abide by the following rules

1. I will send my ward to the VEDIC CAMP, SCOUT GUIDE CAMP as well as STUDIES CAMP regularily.
2. My ward will participate whole heartedly in all activites organized by the school i.e. Internal competition, Competitive examinations, tours and excursions, camps and projects.
3. Under no circumstances will the fee paid to the school be refundable.
4. I shall have no objection, if my ward is penalized for the following
a) Use of foul languages
b) Does not communicate in English at School
c) Does not participate in compulsory school activities
d) Does not wearing proper school uniform
e) Regular absentee or irregular attendance
f) Damaging the school property
g) Late arrival to the school
5. Fee is charged on quarterly basis, it is to be deposited within 15 days of each quarter i.e. by 15th April, 15th July, 15th October and 15th January, otherwise a fine of Rs 20/- per week delay shall be charged.
