ADMISSION GUIDELINES

Step 1 / 4

The registration process is open for admission in class IX for the session 2026-27.

Parents are required to fill the form online only. No changes at a later will be accepted and all such application will be rejected.

The online form is only for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY. Candidates willing to apply under DG/EWS Category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate of Education, Delhi.

Kindly download the registration form and retain the hard copy for further use.

Kindly fill all the particulars carefully.

E-mail address and contact no. once used for the registration of any candidate cannot be re-used.

Payment of Rs. 25/- towards registration shall be charged online. Kindly retain the registration form in hard copy for further use. Bank charges, if any will be borne by the parents.

Ensure a receipt of Rs. 25/- for registration charges has been procured. (to be used at the time of verification of documents)

Please keep passport size photo of the child ready to upload while filling the form. The image should be in .jpg or .png format only. Please ensure that the face of the candidate is clear in the photograph uploaded.

Admission will be obtained on the basis of the eligibility criteria only.

The School Reserves the right to reject the Application Forms with incomplete or false information.

NO REGISTRATION FORMS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE SCHOOL PHYSICALLY.

Provisional admission will be processed and converted to confirmed admission only after submission and verification of required documents and deposit of applicable fee before the start of academic session 2026-27.

Only Short-Listed Candidates are eligible for Admission Process.

Note: The School shall have the sole discretion to seek any further documents (if any) as required.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION IN CLASS - IX 2026-27

Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child.

Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following)-

a. Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents(Mother/Father having name of child)

b. Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.

c. Voter I - Card (EPIC) of any of the Parents.

d. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child.

e. Aadhaar Card/UID issued in the name of any of the Parents.

(Rent agreement will not be considered as proof of residence)

Proof of Sibling (Latest Fees Receipt).

Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (wherever applicable).

Report Card of Previous year.

Score Card/Result Card from Current School.

School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the Institution last attended.

Note: All original documents are required to be produced for verification at the time of admission.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION IN IX 2026-27

The admission to class IX (General Category) are subject to availability of seats.

FOR ADMISSION IN Class-IX- The candidate must be 13+ as on 31st March 2026.

Note: We will schedule Interaction /Written Test after shortlisting the candidates as per the eligibility criteria for admission. The same shall be intimated to you via. Mail/ SMS.
