ADMISSION GUIDELINES

Step 1 / 4

The registration process is open for admission in class XI for the session 2025-26.

Parents are required to fill the form online only. No changes at a later will be accepted and all such application will be rejected.

The online form is only for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY. Candidates willing to apply under DG/EWS Category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate of Education, Delhi.

Kindly download the registration form and retain the hard copy for further use.

Kindly fill all the particulars carefully.

E-mail address and contact no. once used for the registration of any candidate cannot be re-used.

Payment of Rs. 25/- towards registration shall be charged online. Kindly retain the registration form in hard copy for further use. Bank charges, if any will be borne by the parents.

Ensure a receipt of Rs. 25/- for registration charges has been procured. (to be used at the time of verification of documents)

Please keep passport size photo of the child ready to upload while filling the form. The image should be in .jpg or .png format only. Please ensure that the face of the candidate is clear in the photograph uploaded.

Admission will be obtained on the basis of the eligibility criteria only.

The School Reserves the right to reject the Application Forms with incomplete or false information.

NO REGISTRATION FORMS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE SCHOOL PHYSICALLY.

Provisional admission will be processed and converted to confirmed admission only after submission and verification of required documents and deposit of applicable fee before the start of academic session 2025-26.

Only Short-Listed Candidates are eligible for Admission Process.

Note: The School shall have the sole discretion to seek any further documents (if any) as required.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION IN CLASS XI 2025-26

Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child.

Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following)-

a. Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents(Mother/Father having name of child)

b. Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.

c. Voter I - Card (EPIC) of any of the Parents.

d. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child.

e. Aadhaar Card/UID issued in the name of any of the Parents.

(Rent agreement will not be considered as proof of residence)

Proof of Sibling (Latest Fees Receipt).

Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (wherever applicable).

Attested Photocopy of Marksheet of Class X/XII in case of Alumni (wherever applicable).

Report Card of Previous year.

Score Card/Result Card from Current School.

School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the Institution last attended.

Note: All original documents are required to be produced for verification at the time of admission.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in XI 2025-26:

FOR ADMISSION IN Class-XI- The candidate must be 15+ as on 31st March 2025.

Must have qualified Class X from a Recognized school.

Provisional Admission will be granted strictly on Merit basis and Pre-Board Result. Final admission will be considered after the final Board result.

Submission of application form does not guarantee admission.

Students must submit the self-attested copy of the online registration form along with all the necessary documents at school office.

Decision of the School Selection Committee will be final and binding Submission of application form does not guarantee admission.

Admission in class XI is based on CBSE board results as per merit for all streams.

In case two candidates have the same performance in CBSE board exam, preference would be given to candidates appearing from home school.

If any admission is withdrawal/ canceled after the CBSE result is declared, the fee of only 1st quarter (April to June) will be charged.

Note:- One month age relaxation is allowed only in grade KG for Interested Candidates as per DOE Guidelines.
