ADMISSION NOTICE

The School is currently inviting Online Applications for admission to Class IX for academic session 2023-24. Interested candidates may fill an online application form through school website www.bbpsmv.com at the link given above.

Documents Required at the Time of Registration in IX

Self Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child.

Self Attested photocopy of Residence proof (Either of the following) -
1. Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child)
2. Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.
3. Voter I - Card (EPIC) of any of the Parents.
4. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child.
5. Aadhaar Card/UID issued in the name of any of the Parents. (Rent agreement will not be considered as proof of residence)

Marksheet of last 2 year.

Score Card/Result Card from Current School.

School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the Institution last attended.

Note - All original documents are required to be produced for verification at the time of admission.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in Class IX

The admission to ClassesIX (General Category) are subject to availability of seats.

The Candidate’s must be 13+ as on 31st March 2023

Note:- We will shortlisting the candidates as per the eligibility criteria for admission. The same shall be intimated to you via. Mail/ SMS/Website .

Admission Guidelines

The registration process is open for admission in ClassIX only for the session 2023-24.

The Registration form will be made available only on school website www.bbpsmv.com

The online form is for the candidates applying under General Category Only.

Parents are required to fill all the particulars carefully. No changes at a later date will be accepted and all such applications will be rejected.

Submission of a complete application form is a request for admission and does not guarantee admission. Admissions are subject to availability of seats.

Admission will be obtained on the basis of the eligibility criteria only.

Payment of Rs. 25/- towards registration shall be charged online. Bank charges are to be borne by the parents. No registration forms to be submitted at the school physically.

Kindly download the registration form and retain the hard copy for further use.

The School Reserves the right to reject the Application Forms with incomplete or false information.

Provisional admission will be processed and converted to confirmed admission only after submission and verification of required documents and deposit of applicable fee before the start of academic session 2023-24.

Only Short-Listed Candidates are eligible for Admission Process.

Note:- The School shall have the sole discretion to seek any further documents (if any) as required.
